Kristen's room

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The rent will include all utilities: electric, gas, water, and trash pickup.

The house:
3 bedroom, 1.5 baths, double wide garage, large woodshop on property, sunroom, half acre lawn with plenty of trees and a decent size driveway capable of parking multiple vehicles. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials already.

*******I have two indoor/outdoor cats, Astrid & Odin. I also have an old Bassethound, Dozier. All three are friendly and I keep the house clean.

Interests & Hobbies: I play guitar, keyboard and love all things art! I enjoy making dream catchers, candles, and windchimes. I’m all about learning new things and tend to be a huge nerd 🤓 I’m easily fascinated and enjoy curious people with substance and depth! Those who love to discuss the mysteries of life and aren’t afraid of ideas that differ from their own are my mind kind of people. I consider myself a kind and reasonable person, so I expect the same in a roommate. I am mostly an introvert and like to spend a lot of time alone, but I’m not akwardly antisocial by a long stretch. Overall, I’m a pretty quiet person but I do LOVE my music 🎶. I will occasionally play music on the surround sound when I clean or work on projects, though I would never do this while you’re sleeping or using the same area. Anyway, I look forward to meeting my future roomie!
