Max's room

Great private room with your own full bathroom available for rent. The room can be furnished or unfurnished (it currently has a bed and side tables in it but those can be moved if you have your own setup). Kitchen is fully set up with any appliance you may want or need. Decent sized backyard for you to relax in as well as a grill if you like to bbq.

Internet is included as well as the tv is set up with multiple different streaming services.

I’m the owner of the house so just looking to rent out the room to someone responsible, relaxed and busy. I’m a firefighter so I’m gone for 24-48 hours at a time and generally stay pretty busy otherwise. Other roommates have mentioned how little I’m actually around the house. I’ll be the only other person sharing any space at the house.
