Abigail's room

I’m wanting to rent out my basement. You will have your own bathroom, living room and bedroom, all furnished. The kitchen is located upstairs on the main level of the house. I have a nice big fenced backyard and deck. There is off street parking available. Washer and dryer in home.

I am a 24 year old travel ICU nurse so my schedule varies greatly and sometimes I won’t be home for days at a time depending on my current work contract. My boyfriend is a psychiatrist at MU and comes over to hang out but has his own apartment. I have a dog and two cats. They will be kept out of the basement living room/bedroom but otherwise freely roam the house.
