The townhouse is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The room for rent is the one in the pictures and it is on the first floor. The house is less than ten minutes away from UH and the med center. Garage parking is available. Rent would be $1100 including utilities.
About the roomies
Currently there are UH students living at the property. Both students are undergrad juniors. One is a premed student and the other is a finance major.
