LaSierra's room

It’s a four bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. You will get my old room and have your own private bathroom. It’s a nice surbuban area and the house is located on a cul de sac in the Glen Allen area. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. I have two extra rooms to rent so I am open to renting to more than one person, with a shared bathroom. I keep the house pretty clean, so I would like someone who would keep their areas clean as well. Must be willing to sign rental contract.

I am a 27 year old female. I keep to myself and I work a lot so you won’t see me as much. I work overnight, so I would prefer if you would work full time during the day so I can have time to have the house for myself. I’m pretty chill and laid back, I just need my space to be respected. I’m more of a homebody and don’t party a lot, but don’t mind having company over, just as long no one over stays their welcome and it was discussed beforehand.
