Engert Avenue

We have one room for rent in our 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse. Very large place, with washer and dryer in the unit. This bedroom shares is upstairs and shares the bathroom. The room can fit a queen size bed if needed. Utilities which are electricity and internet run about $80 a month. There is AC and heat in all of the rooms. We have our own private backyard, with a BBQ, fire pit, hammock, outdoor furniture and a garden. There are security cameras and lights all around the building. The street is very quiet and tree lined. The two other roommates are male, pretty chill, work a sort of 9-5 jobs. One roommate is rarely there, the other one does a bit of traveling on the weekends. Looking for someone who is easy going, doesn’t throw parties, likes the place to be clean. We can be dog friendly if needed.
