Golf Colony Court

Hi guys!!! Private room for rent in a lovely +55 and over community. There is no age restriction in my building but we do get to enjoy the lovely community, peaceful living and safe environment. Pool is next door, great outdoors for runners, accessible parking. Room is furnished with a king size bed and it has a nice size closet. Internet and cable are included in rent and access to kitchen and mutual living spaces. Not many rules other than hygiene, respect and weed friendly.
