Married couple with 9 year old son - our bedrooms are on 2nd floor. 3 potty trained, well behaved dogs with 24/7 access to back yard. We are respectful, open minded progressives opening our home in hopes of making life a little easier for us and you. Hopeful to find a student or single mom with school aged child, a drama free personal life that is open to negotiating monthly rent reductions for Spanish tutoring help and possibly other family errands.
