James's room

This is a large historic home in the craftsman style. Its in the city and close to downtown and the lakefront. Groceries within walking distance as well as bars and restaurants.

Looking for a quiet person who likes to be home a lot. You would have the entire second floor to yourself. I also have a nice porch and a fenced in yard. I am a retired teacher, artist, and currently working on a novel. I’m an introvert and due to the pandemic prefer to be left alone mostly but I could use some help with small chores. If you’re artistic there would be space for a studio here for you to use.
