Paul's room

Hello! We are 3 roommates that are professionals focused on our careers and good health. We recently moved into a stunning home in the heart of Minneapolis and we are looking for our final roommate.

No pets, no smoking, no kids, no couples.

The House: -4 bedroom, beautiful huge 3000 sqf home. -Chef’s kitchen. Luxury gas range/stove/oven with hood. Dishwasher. Commercial filter for drinking water from the kitchen sink faucet, plus garbage disposal. Beautiful refrigerator with second one in basement. -Large finished basement with a steam room, jetted tub and a full home gym. It’s a personal fitness haven. -Central air for both heat and AC with humidifier system. House is well insulated. -Three big adjacent living room spaces. One room is for yoga, stretching, pilates, the ballet barre and dance. The other rooms are a dining room and a living room. -2 car garage and huge driveway for private parking. -Utilities and household supplies are split between the roommates. -Located in a very nice and safe area of the Phillips neighborhood. Behind our house is a beautiful townhome HOA with a private park. We have great relationships with the neighbors.

The Room: -Available August 1st. -120 sqf bedroom with direct entrance to adjacent bathroom. -Bathroom is shared with one other person. It has a standalone bidet. -Option for parking spot in the garage. -$700 rent and $700 security deposit. -You must have a clean background and your credit needs to demonstrate you pay bills on time. -The term of the lease would be from when you move in and it would end 5/31/23. If everything is a good fit, there would be an option to extend the lease.

The Roommates: We are anti-racist/oppression, LGBTQ friendly, and overall very progressive. -Paul is a 35yr old entrepreneur who owns two businesses. He is a performance artist, LMT and a personal trainer, soon getting his certification as a nutrition coach. He enjoys time in nature, cooking, working out and being involved with men’s groups that train men to be emotionally healthier. Helping others with healthy behavioral change is a driving force for him. -Andre is a 29yr old focused professional in the tech infrastructure and event production industries. Works mostly from home or at a work site. Been in therapy and men’s self help groups for over 6 years. Green Flags: People who are open, assertive, industrious, and with good sense of boundaries. -Megan is a 22yr old marketing professional, specializing in the music industry and philanthropic work. In her free time she loves attending shows, traveling, hiking, and rock climbing. She typically works from home, and require a clean space to keep a clear mind. Nonsmoker, light drinker.
