Onphimon's room

I’m looking for two people to replace my roommates on the lease who are moving out. Move in date is Oct 1 and a one year lease. The apartment is in downtown Hoboken, 3 min walk to the path and 3 min walk to the waterfront.

This is the largest room with a private bathroom.

About the unit, it ‘s an updated 3bd2ba apartment on the top floor of a 4 story building with washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher in the kitchen, and central AC. The building is a stand alone building so we have windows on all 4 sides of the building. The unit gets a lot of natural light and has high ceiling. Each apartment takes up one floor, so there are only two other apartments downstairs and a coffee shop on the ground floor. It’s a 3 minute walk from the PATH station. Only water and sewage/trash are included in the utilities, Gas and electric are not included and paid through PSE&G. Internet is also not included (around $11 a month).

This is a lease renewal so there will be no brokerage fee, but there is a one time $750 (which can be split between another person) processing fee+$50 application fee for 10/1/2022 move in date.

I am a 27 year old working professional. Very friendly, clean, and down to hang out but also respect privacy. I wfh 2 days a week. Love to stay active, go out, and try new restaurants.
