For the last 1 year, I have enjoyed living here because the house is fantastic, the location is great and the building is excellent. Located in One Hawthorne, one of the most architecturally stunning high-rises in San Francisco, this spacious and well-lit corner 2BD, 2BA + Den condominium offers a formal entry, expansive open plan living/dining room wrapped in windows and bathed in light, a flex den/office, and a designer-inspired kitchen with quartzite stone countertops, Studio Becker cabinetry, and Bosch/Liebherr appliances. The location is as good as it gets. It is just 10 minutes away from Target, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. The BART, Muni, and Salesforce Transit Center are just a 5-minute walk away, making the bay area easily accessible. To unwind, I like to bike along the Embarcadero or walk up to the ferry building. The building has a gym and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The terrace in the building has beautiful views that I have enjoyed and an area for grilling etc. too. If you’d need parking, there’s a garage in the building. The rent includes gas, water, garbage, and other building amenities. Apart from rent, we only pay extra for electricity and wifi.
