Sophia's room

Available April 1, 2023. I am the owner of a split level home and the entire downstairs (not shared) is available for rent, with a bathroom, a large living room, and two bedrooms. It’s currently mostly unfurnished downstairs. The kitchen and laundry is shared. I live alone as my kids are in Europe. There is a common area with a TV on the mid level. I prefer one person or two adults who know each other. The house is a 15 minute drive to CU Boulder and Longmont. I have a sweet dog and two cats. I’m not able to take in any more animals. I’m super easy to live with, tidy, flexible, and I like to cook, share meals and create community, but I respect personal space and can keep to myself too. I have an active and busy social life and work full-time. The only thing I’m sort of picky about is a clean kitchen and not leaving dishes in the sink and keeping the common areas tidy. Basic stuff. My last roommate and I got along great and have a lifelong friendship!

There will be no other roommates, just me. Rent includes utilities, internet, etc. for one person. Open to shorter term commitments of 6-12 mos, but prefer 12 mos. I’m open to renting to two adults who know each other, for $1300.00 (which also includes utilities). Students and professionals welcome.
