Property is absolutely beautiful. I keep it super clean and there’s an amazing view! Large outside patio, screened in with tv and couch. Own entrance to patio from room. Smoking allowed outside. Large full kitchen with washer drier in unit. You’re basically on your whole own side of the apartment. Place fully furnished (except for the room being rented) full access to pool, tennis court and gym right outside. Own parking spot and guest parking available!

I’m a single mother with a 8 month old baby. I only have her half the time. I’m Very clean. I pretty much keep to myself, do my own thing (when I’m not w the baby.) I have a couple of close friends but that’s about it. Im just looking for someone chill who pays the bills on time and knows how to keep a clean home. 🤗
