The lucky renter will get to relax in their private bedroom with recently refurbished oak wood floors. The bedroom is lightly furnished with a Tempur-Pedic mattress (but can be unfurnished), and comes with its own walk-in closet and bathroom combo. The home includes a shared Kitchen (fully stocked), Living Room, Dining Room, Piano Room (with two Pianos), Reading Room (we have a lot of books), and a Garage with extra-large Laundry Machines. Additionally, there is a spacious backyard with a hot tub and patio with a BBQ, mister and large TV. There is parking in the backyard that is included. As seen in the photos, there is a great deal of wildlife because the home backs a private green belt with pats and relaxing views, as well as a large creek across the street this is great for hiking. Our home is also on the designated bike route with hundreds of miles of bike paths and connectivity. Our neighborhood won the Neighborhood of the Year award in 2019. It is a very safe and friendly environment and is located within a 5-minute drive of all required amenities including an award winning brewery that is within walking distance in the City Square.

The home is shared with two young professionals that both work full time; one is in the affordable housing development industry, and the other is in retail management and attending school in the field of psychology. Both are working during the day and are friendly and respectful at night.

Electricity and Gas are an additional per month expense shared 3 ways. Water, Internet, and TV are included. There are two high-speed internet connections in the home and the Living Room Smart TV includes YouTube TV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, and an Apple TV 4K. A 43“ TV can be provided in the rented room if requested that has Roku.

We are both professional males that are respectful and fun to be around. Not a party crowd, but we know when to let loose.
