You will have a private bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom w/ bath/shower combo.

You have access to my kitchen, laundry and dryer, dish washer, living room, kitchen areas and vacuum as well.

There is a cardio gym, pool, hot tub, basketball court and picnic area on the property along with a large pond next door with a footpath.

The surrounding area (walking distance) has a movie theater, doctor office, urgent care, eye doctor, salons, dentists, Target, Walmart, plenty of tasty food options, Kohls, Starbucks and many more.

I’d ask that you give me three references which are previous roommates and contact information of your most recent landlord. Also, I’d like to meet you nearby first and then I can show you the property same day if you appear to be a good fit. Background check may be required.

Other things to note:

Smoking is not allowed on the property by the staff, so 420 roomies can only use edibles or other non-odorous forms. ESA and Service animals only. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or questionable people. You may use my internet. I have gigabyte internet (for who it matters.) I do request that you perform “extra curricular” activities at the other person’s place. If you catch my drift? ;)

PC gamers, DnD players, nerds preferred, but not required. Ngl, I’d prefer a female roommate because I’m transition mtf and would love advice sometimes. Also, I’d let you style my hair and do my nails. :) You are allowed to use the bedframe in the photo. It is a queen size.

I am seldom noisy at home, but like anyone I can have my noisier moments. That said, I understand you may like a quieter environment and I can certainly aim to be quieter. I’d probably keep to myself for the most part, but I will ask if you want to go do things. It’s fine to say no. I’m clean for the most part with a little clutter sometimes, but I always get it cleaned up. Not sure what else to add, but I’m an open book.
