Large bedroom with an office and private bath. The bedroom (10.5’ x 13.5’) has a built-in vanity, dresser, and two (3’ x 4’) closets. The office (8.5’ x 10’) has a large (and beautiful) aquarium built into the wall. The next room down is the laundry room and after that is your private bathroom. The layout assures you’ll have lots of privacy. You’ll have your own full-size refrigerator next to the kitchen, and of course you’re welcome to use the kitchen and/or share meals with us.

Our home has central air conditioning, a lovely garden, off-street parking, and a fenced backyard with a grill.

It’s blocks from Rt. 3 and 495, on a quiet street near (former) Westlands Elementary school. We’re a couple blocks away from the LRTA route 16 bus, which goes to the Lowell commuter rail station.

No smokers, please, even if you only smoke outside. The issue is the smell, so if you’re managing that while smoking pot it can work out.

Sorry, but we’re allergic to cats, and we have a dog and a rabbit so we’re full up on pets. The rabbit hops around and we don’t want to put him in danger.

Parents are okay; a prior roommate had two children on alternate weekends. We’re in the Center elementary school and McCarthy middle school districts.

We could do a video tour or schedule a time. Are you vaccinated? We’ll want to see your card.

Rent includes all utilities including Xfinity cable, Wi-Fi internet access, and the high-efficiency washer and dryer. Also Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and sometimes others for a month or two.

Includes: Private bathroom, refrigerator, dresser, desk, aquarium (we’ll maintain the aquarium for you).

Can include: Queen size bed, nightstand.

We’re a husband and wife, mid-50s, one works from home in software, the other works at the hospital. We like modern board games, movies, gardening, crafting, and building things.

We live with our daughter and one other roommate. She’s mostly invisible and he’s entirely invisible, using the kitchen to cook after everyone else has gone to sleep.

We’re pretty chill and if there’s an issue we’d like to communicate early and work it out.
