3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story home in a quiet neighborhood on .7 acres with large privacy fenced backyard and covered patio. Driveway parking available. Drive is about 15 minutes to Winchester, VA. Renter would have 2 bedrooms- one could be used as office or hang out space and own bathroom on end of house with front door access. Hallway with 2 rooms and bathroom on own end of house gated off to prevent dog access and allows front door access without have to enter shared living area. Both rooms have a closet and there is a linen closet and coat closet that would be for renter’s use. Home has security system.

I work full time in the medical field- 4 days/week and am usually away at least one weekend a month for military training. I travel for longer durations a few times a year for work. I work most Sundays and am out of the house most of the day on Saturdays. I’m laid back, keep house clean, and into healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle :) I’m social but don’t often have people over. I’m usually hanging out with my dog and relaxing when I’m home. I have a dog that is in a crate or doggy daycare when I’m not home and does not run loose in the house unsupervised. He’s very friendly.
