About the room
Hi! I’m looking to sublease my room in a 4bdrm house near I25 and University blvd. Lease ends 9/23 with the possibility to renew.
You’ll have 3 other housemates (two of which already live in the basement), a big living/dining area upstairs, shared bathroom, big windows in the bedroom, backyard, and parking space. The house is old, but charming! Just a couple blocks from Wash Park and minutes from Bonnie Brae.
All utilities split between roommates and not included in rent. Again, I’m looking to fill this room ASAP or January 1st by the latest. December rent will be prorated if moving in before January, deposit ($787) due by move in date.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the house with three others! Downstairs is Michael and Luke, both are musicians and longtime friends. You will have an upstairs bedroom with another person across the hall (room yet to be filled).
