1 roommate only no exceptions. We ask for first and last month preferably, if not that’s ok a $100 not refundable deposit for cleaning no other charges at all! Good sized room full closet, your own entrance, room is furnished and has a mini fridge. We have a puppy, so preferably no pets, if you have one we can discuss further. Full use of kitchen, living room washer/dryer internet, and small yard. The area is nice, across the street from a few stores and restaurants. Parking as well.

We mind our business, but it’s not a party house, we both work full time and ask the roommate to clean up after themselves (like a normal adult). My husband and I just want to fill the extra space usefully our last few months here since rent has tripled in Tampa.
