Luisa's room

• The private room plus bathroom is suitable for 1 person only.
• The room and bathroom are located inside the house, but completely private and separated by a locked door.
• The room is fully furnished (bed with a full size mattress, a large closet, 1 nightstand, 1 plastic 3-drawer cart, 1 3-shelf bookcase, and 1 saucer chair.
• Other areas of the house are not accesible.
• Strictly prohibited any smoking in the property.
• Background check and ID verification will be required at our expense.
• Laundry option is available for a fee. I will do the laundry for you at a specific schedule and there will be a fee related to that service.
• Cleaning of the room and bathroom is available for a fee. I will do the cleaning for you at a specific schedule and there will be a fee related to that service.
• Renewal of the lease can be considered.

A family of 2 people (a couple) and 2 dogs live in the house. Our dogs are people friendly.
