Master bedroom with Private Bath. Townhouse is on the corner in a quiet neighborhood. Great location! Walking distance to supermarket and community amenities. Access to Gym, two outdoor pools, indoor pools, sauna included. -The room can come furnished or without if you have your own. -We don’t ever have people over or really use the living room too often because we both work often. You are more than welcome to invite people over, just let us know in advance. -Welcomed to use anything in the house, please just clean up after. -We have a large main fridge that we can split. Living room has two mini fridges that can be used also. Can bring one for your room as well. -Looking for a roommate that is either to themselves or wants new friends. -No smoking in the house, there is a covered part in front of the home if you smoke. -Washer and Dryer in home. -TV’s in the home have access to ALL shows and movies through our fire stick. (I can set you up with one for free!) Willing to Rent the smaller room for a lower price instead, but will have a shared bathroom

About me- I am a huge foodie, typically spend my free time trying new restaurants and exploring new places! If I happen to be home on weekends, You will find me working on my motorcycles or cars. Weekdays I typically keep to myself and just work 7am-5pm(usually 6pm). Pretty much just get home and sleep. I am always down to get food even on weekdays! Every so often I go out in DC for the weekend to see my friends. I am adventurous and spontaneous, which is where a lot of my traveling comes from. It’s always last minute.
Other roommate- They are quiet and keep to themselves. They work from 2pm-2am on weekdays. Amazing cook and baker!(trust me, I’m a foodie lol) On their free time, they will sometimes come out to eat with me but most days they just stay in their room watching TV/movies. Neither of us smoke, we both occasionally drink. We are both are easy going and social but to ourselves when in the house. Sometimes we will watch tv in the living room, doesn’t happen often since our schedules overlap.
