Looking for someone t rent the masterbedroom. Property is located in a nice neighborhood in Buena Park .The house is surrounded with all fruit bearing trees. A very cozy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the place . I am expecting the prospective tenant to be clean ,responsible , drug free , smoking free ,no pets ,and most of all be on time paying the rent every 1st of the month . The rent is $1200 plus security deposit of $1200 .6 months term and after that it will be month to month lease . Utilities is included ,wifi and interent ,washer and dryer located in the garage .
About the roomies
I have 2 tenants both females and they are both very quiet and respectful .So i expect the person who will occupy the room will be the same way .
