About the room
This is more than just a room rental — it’s a comfortable, well-cared-for house share where I want you to feel just as at home as I do.
The available bedroom is 12x13 and was just fully remodeled. It comes with a brand new, stunning private en-suite bathroom wrapped in Italian tile, featuring a modern toilet, a high-end vanity with ample storage, and fresh, modern finishes. The bedroom has smooth walls, fresh paint, new trim, a ceiling fan, and outlets and switches on every wall. There’s a standard reach-in closet plus a huge hallway closet exclusively for your use.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, it includes a Z Gallerie queen bed with a new mattress, a sleek desk, office chair, and a mounted 55“ TV with Firestick — all like new.
The home is 2,100 sq. ft. and thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort. You’ll be sharing it with me, but it feels more like splitting a house. I’m looking for a 6–12 month lease to start, then month-to-month. Rent is $1400/month, all utilities included, and no deposit required. Hey there! I’m a 40-year-old Business Risk & Control Manager in the financial industry. I currently work from home but may shift to an office setting soon. Originally from North Dakota, I lived in Minneapolis for 20+ years before moving to Arizona three years ago.
I live here with my two adorable yorkies — both under 10 lbs, non-shedding, affectionate, and well-behaved. They’re part of the package, but I promise they don’t rule the house (they know I do, haha).
