FYI Only: Some of the pics sale “for sale, not rent”, and those are professional pics taken from when I purchased the home.

The house is centrally located about 5 minutes from old town (Fashion Square). It’s private on a dead end, which is amazing because there is a ton of parking with worry of no other vehicles. The front yard is private with 53 orange trees surrounding the property, and it’s quite beautiful. The backyard is beautiful too, with built in grill (I have more pics to share). I have bags and darts in the back yard. The house is 2,100 sq. ft. and the layout provides privacy for the renter. The room for rent is 12x13 and has a BRAN new attached private bathroom that is beautiful. I’ll be updating the picture for it later today.

My current roommate just purchased a new home and will be moving out 3/2. Ideally looking for a 6 month lease to start and then month to month (no deposit). I’d potentially be ok with 3 month lease to start, but prefer 6 month.

There is a 3rd bedroom next to the room for rent that was recently used for an office, prior to that I had set up for guest room. I’m open to what this can be used for. My master bedroom is located on the other side of the house.

I can share more pics of the back patio, if needed. The backyard is fenced in and a gorgeous hangout. It’s very shaded by trees, but the perfect amount of the Scottsdale sun shines in. It’s an enjoyable oasis tucked away in Old Town Scottsdale.

I relocated from Minnesota 2 years ago. I live here with my 2 yorkies that are 2 yrs old and 6 (both 9 lbs), and super cute (pics included). I’m a 39 yr. old professional, and I’m currently working from home and might be changing in the near future to an office location.

Looking for someone cool, easy going, loves to chill, hangout, play games, wine, whatever it may be that makes life enjoyable. I’m pretty busy with some project always going on. I’m very disciplined during the work week, and as of late I’ve been working on some improvements in the house and focused on those. I am social, but also do enjoy time alone too. The house/property is big enough to have both of those as needed.
