Walking distance to shopping and entertainment. 15 min from the beach. Room is unfurnished. Majority of the plants and house decorations will be gone. Rental requirements: monthly income needs to be at least 2x amount of your portion of rent, credit score cannot be less than 650, background check and $30 application processing fee. Can have cosigner if requirements cannot be met. We will begin accepting inquiries beginning in August :)

Two working professional females between 30 to 40 years old. We are respectful of each others space and work day shifts. We enjoy hanging out, but we usually have our own things going on. We are not interested in having “party house”, so we would be better fit with people who are a little more socially mellow. Our lease doesn’t allow for pets, sorry.
