Living room and upstairs game room are fully furnished with couches and TV and area rugs. Garage gym with rack, dumbbells and free for your use. Street and driveway parking available. I have two cats that are quite reserved and trouble free and am happy to welcome your pets as well. Neighborhood has a brand new amenity center with lazy river, lap pool, long hiking trail and fishing areas. the local area is rapidly growing but comfortable and quiet. Two male mid-20s young professionals who recent started careers in the Austin area. We are both quiet and clean and want to maintain cordial relationships with any new roommates and provide a comfortable space for you. Master Bedroom and larger upstairs bedroom are already occupied, and we will both be hybrid work from home/office.
