2nd floor apartment, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with laundry in the basement.
One bedroom for rent with a shared bathroom.
The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. There is a storage space for the renter and a nice size yard for outdoor entertainment with street parking. The room has a small closet and has space for a queen bed, desk and a dresser.
Rent is $650 includes internet (Xfinity).
Landlord pays for water and we would pay 50/50 for Gas and electricity this is around $50 to $100 each. The apartment itself is mostly furnished but has open space to add your things to fell like home.
The apartment is in a pretty quiet area of Maywood, IL. We are 0.8 miles from Pace station and l. 290 is very close to us. Street parking is available and its usually pretty easy to find a spot at most times of the day that are on the same block. We also live in walking distance from Dollar stores, gas stations, & banks.
