I’m looking for a late 20’s+ female professional roommate to share my renovated 2 bed, 1 bath in Beacon Hill. Building was remodeled a few years ago. Central AC, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, card-operated laundry in the basement, huge custom built-in California Closet in bedroom, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, large walk-in shower. Fob entry with video intercom to buzz in guests/delivery. Professionally run by a management company that is very fast to respond to service/maintenance requests. Can be furnished if you want with a full size bed, bed frame, and cube storage. The apartment has a nice sized coat closet in the entry and built-in storage drawers in the window bench, so for Beacon Hill you get a decent amount of space. The building does not allow pets. No smoking.

Internet + electricity is around 100/month. The move-in date is 9/1, at $1613/month for a 12-month lease term. First month’s rent plus one month’s rent security deposit due when signing the lease.

Prime location super close to Charles/MGH and Government Center T stops (but everything is very walkable), or if you have a car you can get free street parking by getting a Beacon Hill residence sticker. Very quiet building in a dreamy Beacon Hill neighborhood. Whole Foods, Target, CVS, Flour bakery, Tatte, TD Garden and so much more just steps away.
