Hi there!

My name is Lily, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease by the end of August! The room I’m in can remain furnished or not, I will sell everything for cheap. The other tenant is another young working professional (female, age 22) in a 2 bedroom apartment in Fremont. My roomate has a busy schedule and is rarely home (on average 2 nights out of the week). The apartment is cozy and fully furnished, there is free private parking, free street parking and we live on the 5 bus line which will take you downtown or all the way to Shoreline if you use public transit. We are a few blocks from the heart of Fremont, our apartment has a balcony, and there are coin-operated laundry machines in the building.

You would be sharing the apartment with Grace, a young working professional who is very mellow and friendly. She is rarely home so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
