About the room
My girlfriend and I are renting our spare bedroom. The house is located just minute’s away from Town Center and not far from Little Creek Base. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with no traffic. We are seeking a roommate that can clean up after themselves and be respectful of others and our home. We are not interested in renting to anyone that has alcohol or drug issues (bad experiences), but socially is fine of course. Please no smokers. We have Verizon internet and everything is included.
