A very nice bedroom for rent that is fully furnished (a comfortable queen-size bed, two nightstands/side tables with their lamps, a dresser/mirror, a ceiling fan, and a closet…it does not have a TV). My house is located in a very quiet, safe, clean, private, and well-maintained gated community in Duncanville. There is a nice and safe walking trail/park less than a block away from the house.

Kitchen might be available if you are clean, careful, and tidy. If you eat out, that would be the best match; in any case, you can use my fridge, pantry, and my microwave. My washer and dryer are also available. You will have your own bathroom.

I am a gay professional man and would like my roommate to be the same. I am very organized, clean, and keep my whole house very tidy. I consider myself very kind, open, and a good communicator. Also, I am fully vaccinated + 2 boosters.

I would like my roommate to be a Caucasian guy (a personal preference!), have a day-time full-time job, have your own vehicle (I have a two-car garage that you can use), and be fully vaccinated. Please show proof of vaccinations. You must be single/gay (no couples, no kids, no animals, and no visitors), drama free, and DRUG FREE. You should be responsible, kind, open, respectful, a great communicator, and willing to socialize. We could even have a glass (or two!!!) of wine every once in a while, and have good times together. Also, what happens at home stays at home.

You should be a 100% nonsmoker person –– this includes vaping/e-cigarettes. You should also be independent, very clean, neat, and ALWAYS keep the bedroom and the bathroom CLEAN, TIDY, and NEAT. Gay male renters preferred –– versatile preferred. I live by myself, and we could have a lot of fun together if we hit it off and get along well. We can just be wearing underwear or simply be always naked in the comfort and privacy of the house. Again, what happens at home stays at home.

No wild parties and no strangers allowed. Serious inquiries only. Quiet, comfortable, relaxed, professional atmosphere. Month to month basis, and no long-term contracts required.
