3 bedroom / 2 bath townhouse/brownstone/apartment on the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Has a private backyard and laundry in the apartment. Bills are internet, and electricity, which average out to $80 - $100 each per month. Place has AC and heat. Can be dog friendly. Definitely people friendly. Close to the L Train and the G train. Close to McCarren Park.
About the roomies
1st roommate is a male, early 30’s. Into outdoor activities, fitness, traveling frequently.
2nd roommate is male, late 40’s, works in advertising, and is rarely at the apartment/splits time upstate.
Have been at this apartment for about 5 years. Not clean freaks, but do prefer the place to be somewhat tidy.
The apartment is a relaxing place, a party every once in a while is cool, but when we are around we prefer to take it easy. No smoking inside.
