Located on the corner of two quiet streets, a short walk to busy Hertel Avenue and a nearby park. Public transport nearby and everything is within a ten to fifteen minute drive. Two bedroom, one bath, with shared spaces being kitchen, dining area and living room. Expenses include rent, security deposit, electric, gas, and internet, which are all split evenly. Landlords are active and helpful.

I am the only other person living here and have lived here since last year. I’m looking for a quiet, respectful roommate who is easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking and baking, as well as listening to music, being outside, and relaxing with a book.
