El Camino Drive

Great area of north east Colorado Springs and super safe. Target, Walmart, King Soopers, Arc, and Goodwill are all very close. Very nice and updated apartment on the ground floor. Apartment complex is very quiet and has a dog park directly behind the apartment with lots of privacy. The complex has outer door with pin pad lock and indoor hallway. Locks have key as well as pin pad entry. The bedroom is carpeted and very nicely updated. It has a walk-in closet that is currently storage for myself, but it will be cleaned out. Bills are split evenly and roomie is subject to background and credit check by apartment complex. Name will be added to lease.

I am a new grad registered nurse at UCHealth. I just moved here from Texas where I went to nursing school. I am very quiet and typically work 3 days a week of 12 hour shifts, with a few weeks for education and random seminars throughout the week. I do not smoke (cigarettes or marijuana, and I would ask that you do not either) or party, nor do I have any pets at the moment. I am not dating anyone currently and boyfriend would never be sleeping in apartment or staying the night. I would ask the same of roomie, but arrangements can be made for long distance boyfriends who come to visit. Family and friends are always welcome to come visit and stay overnight.
