Hey there I’ve got a spare room in a new 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhome development in north Wheat Ridge with a private room and bathroom. It also comes with a large kitchen, garage with space for a car, and is mostly furnished besides your room. The location is also decently walkable with a Walgreens and restaurants around the corner also with a Safeway and parks only around 5 blocks away. The base rent is $1,000 a month (I lowered it from $1,200) plus utilities which could be around $100 to $150 monthly between the two of us which includes water, electricity, trash, and internet (I only paid 45$ for the electric, heating and water bill this month so not too bad). This is just an estimate and it would be split 50/50 or if someone is using a utility more I’ll be flexible. There’s solar panels on the townhouse also so that should help a bit with the power bill. Let me know some basic info about yourself if you choose to respond so we can talk more and get a good understanding of each other. You would also be subject to a background check, credit check and proof of income through the management company that manages the property. There is a one-time application fee of $50 and the processing fee of $200 if the lease is signed. Available now for the start of next month with some wiggle room to move in stuff before and whatnot. Sorry but no pets unfortunately because of the lease or smoking inside and couples for the same for the same reason. It’s more than fine to have someone you’re in a relationship with spend the night but the property managers just don’t want two people living permanently in that room. Let me know how long you’d like to stay but I’d prefer someone who can live here for more than a few months. Tell me also if have any furiture that you’d want to move here and I’ll make sure there’s space. and help you move it in. I’m trying get some more furniture but money is pretty tight and I’m trying not to get cheap stuff.
