Property is close to huge central park with aquatic complex, high school and bus station. Full access to the kitchen is allowed, wi-fi and cable included. On site parking is available.

2 males are currently renting, both are working, friendly and very quiet, the other guy smoke but outside only. He stays in the patio when smoking. . My wife and I own the house and live in a different place, but our grandnephew lives in the property.
