Hello, Denver friends! I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1143 sq feet) located at Alta Green Mountain apartment complex in Lakewood, Colorado, approximately a 20 minute drive to downtown, and in close proximity to the foothills, Golden, Red Rocks amphitheater, and Bear Creek Lake Park. With my lease, I am locked into a price of $2210. This exact apartment, which is listed on there website, is now going for $3,187 so it is definitely a steal. I am not asking for a security deposit, as I am in desperate need to find someone. You will have to pass a background check, credit check, and fill out an application all per the complex, and be willing to sign a Lease Assignment Agreement, transferring you all of the responsibilities of the lease. The lease is up on May 24th, 2023, and I am looking for someone to be moved in hopefully by the beginning of August but the exact date can be negotiated.
