Additional $50 added during winter months (November to March) to cover the spike in heating bill. Rooms have airconditioning. Fully furnished house and rooms. Smoking not allowed inside the house. The house is equipped with CCTV and security monitoring devices (property perimeter and common areas) of which you will have limited access. Minimum lease of room is for 3 months. Maximum of 3 housemates and absolutely no couples. Cities of Hamtramck and Highland Park air-conditioning. Security deposit required and cost dependent on the length of stay.
