Hello! This posting is for ONE ROOM in a house.

We are currently looking for a clean, responsible, healthy life-style house-mate to share an updated duplex in a safe and quiet Blossom Hill neighborhood.

NEIGHBORHOOD

• Blossom Hill area in South San Jose
• Very close to highways 85 and 87
• Walking distance to light rail
• 10 min or less drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Blossom Hill Mall, library, 24 hour fitness, etc…

ROOM/HOUSE

• Large room ~ 170 sq ft, in back unit of duplex
• Room does not include bed in photo
• Sliding door closet, lots of storage space
• Shared full bathroom with only 1 other roommate
• Full use of kitchen, living, dining room. All fully furnished
• Newly remodeled with hardwood floor in living and dining areas, double pane windows, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more….
• Access to washer and dryer in unit
• Full privilege to common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room areas
• This is not a crowded home (only 2 people sharing). Perfect for someone looking for privacy, quiet, and peaceful environment

TERMS:

• $1050 monthly rent, with $1050 security deposit upon moving in
• Rent includes internet, utilities, monthly maid cleaning of common areas
• $30 application fee for credit check (at least 650) income verification (3 x monthly rent), and background check
• 6 to 12 month lease only
• Single occupancy only
• No drugs, smoking, or pets
• No overnight guests or frequent visitors

PARKING

• Street parking (plenty of parking on safe, quiet residential neighborhood, no permit required) and driveway (but would have to coordinate with roommates)

I will require a completed application and 2 months pay stub to verify income. I can set up an appointment to visit the place and roommates.
