Southeast Division Street

This is an APM 2bd 1bath apartment in South Tabor area. Hardwood floors, two sizable rooms with lots of sunlight. Single level apartments, so no one to worry about above or below. Laundry on site, plenty of parking. Located off of SE division and 71st across from Warner Pacific University. It’s quite literally across the street from the backside of tabor, me and samson go all the time on big mountain walks. My roommates moving out with her partner now by this weekend so Jan 1st move in works

My pronouns are she/her :) It’s just me and my dog and cat. I am 26, from Hawaii, and attempting to finish college at PSU. I like to paint camp, and spend as much time at the water as possible. I love gardening, although this space doesn’t have yard space i plan to have some potted plants and rebuild my gnome garden. I’m a pretty flexible roommate, I think communicated is key to work through the inevitable kinks that come up between any one who lives together.. I really do love working with people and I think that’s helped me learn to be a great roommate. I have an 11 year old shitzu poodle dog, 16lbs, very gentle and sweet. Doesn’t shed which is kind of cool. I have a 5 year old tabby kitty who I’ll be converting into an indoor kitty, we’ve had a good run outside but the urgent need to move has forced us to convert. I’m open to having other dogs but maybe not other cats. All animals have to be ESA approved.
