Description: One-bedroom available in a four-bedroom modern apartment in the heart of Greenpoint. The apartment is located within a brief 7-minute walk from either (G Line) Nassau or Greenpoint station, with also a 10–15-minute walk to the Bedford L Stop. The room has high ceilings and a large window. The room also comes with a high-ceiling closet. The apartment is in good condition and has been renovated relatively recently. It has a loft style kitchen and living room, and the rooms have good privacy in terms of sound. The apartment is right around the corner from many amenities, such as a laundromat, a supermarket, and Café Grumpy downstairs. Also, if you enjoy parks this is the spot for you as McCarren and McGolrick Park are both 10 to 15 minutes respectively away. Another 15 minutes and you’ll also hit up Transmitter Park, for those Manhattan skyline views.

The building also has a centralized air and heat, and a 1.5 bath. The neighbors are also all very friendly and not loud, besides a couple of barks when you walk in from the dogs. But they’re all friendly.

Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a person (m/f/x) who is ideally between the age range of 28-34 years old. We’re looking for somebody who is social and outgoing but also respects the peace at home. We’re looking for somebody who wants to have a cozy and comfortable home. We do like to hang out together, so we do enjoy someone who wants to interact and live with their roommates. But also wants their own privacy at times. We respect that. We prefer someone who is employed full-time and preferably doesn’t do WFH every day of the week. As we also are all hybrid employment styles in terms of WFH. The employment is also set for the financial security on all of our ends for the rent per month. We’re also looking for somebody who is clean, hygienic, and will help keep the apartment tidy.
