Private bedroom & bath, TV. Use of office space, quiet room, use of frig & stove, grill.

I’m a happy person and still work part time. I also own 3 Goldendoodles which have a doggie door and can come and go, but sleep mostly all day. They get excited when I come home but 5 min they are sleeping. There is an option to have your own front door entrance and can put up a gate to keep my dogs away from your part of the house.
