Michelle's room

This is a historic 1932 home near Surf and Sand Hotel a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The room is unfurnished upstairs, small in size but totally private. Large closet, storage shelves and ocean view with vaulted ceilings and a shared bathroom. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and backyard are common areas already furnished. Laundry on site.

I am an artist/designer with my own store in town, 1 child (10 yrs old part time) and another female roomate upstairs adjacent. My 20 year old is off to college so her room is available. I am looking for a responsible female that has family values and could be a good fit. No illicit drugs
