About the roomies
My name is Heather! I’m a newly divorced lady who was a kindergarten teacher and I now own rental property. I hate cooking, but don’t mind cleaning. So if you cook, that’s great. Or, we can just both eat Lean Cuisines every night. OR we can totally ignore each other and eat by ourselves in our rooms. I love animals and have four, college aged kids. I’m originally from LA. I’m an avid skiiier and I love going to my favorite little jazz club on PCH and watching Netflix . I have a huge group of women friends that get together for movies, happy hour, coffee, etc. I walk five miles with a few of them at the harbor most mornings. I’m providing a quality environment to attract quality tenants. I’d like to foster an environment where everyone is mindful of each other. I’ll work with you to pick any other tenants, so that everyone gets along well and can either form a supportive bond- or not! It’ll be fun!
