You will have your own little balcony, a walk-in closet, and your own bathroom. There is a pool on the rooftop of the building that is frequently empty. Good security. Furniture - most are owned by my current roommate, so the common spaces will not be furnished. There will be plenty of room for whatever furniture you currently own.

Heyo, I’m Rose. I’m looking for a queer roommate. Important things about me - I’m a 24-year old lesbian whose a stoner, so being okay with weed is a must. The apartment is pet-friendly. I’m a co-parent to a dog named Ginkgo who is a 20lbs ball of energy and incredibly loving (even with cats). She will be at the apartment at least two days a week. I am a very open person, and a bit quiet so I won’t be in your space. No parties at the house, though dinner parties and smaller gatherings are okay with notice. I enjoy gaming and watching cartoons/sitcoms. Also, always down for a good puzzle.

Things that are important for me in a roommate are keeping common spaces decently clean, ability to have open and clear communication, and paying rent on time.
