1 large bedroom ($800/month), unfurnished, carpeted, and clean. You will have a full bathroom to yourself. Utilities probably run about $100/month. This is located in a standalone house. I’d be happy to share more pictures or provide references!

I’m usually cooking dinner, watching tv, playing video games, and spending time in the garage (where I have a humble gym that you are welcome to use). I try to keep the house clean, but I’m not super concerned about it. I would like to be friends with my roommate (dinners, game nights, etc.) but again, I’m not too concerned about it. Two points of contention are: I have a dog (who is very sweet but leaves her hair everywhere) and I go to bed early.
