Philip's room

My home is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. Located on the east side of navarre. I have a furnished room with private bathroom available, there will be a TV in the room before move in date. There are also 2 unfurnished rooms that can be rented for $1000, if you have your own furniture.

If there is heavy traffic, you are still located 10 minutes from the beach. Less than 5 minutes from the wal-mart. 15 minutes from Hurlburt Field.

The home is a split floor plan. Access to all amenities to include living area/backyard, kitchen and laundry. Electric bill split. Water and Internet included.

I’m active duty military in the Army. I live with my dog and have a 11 year old son who stays with me sometimes (he is on the spectrum.) I’m super laid back and kind of go with the flow for the most part. My dogs name is Reina. You will be living with her around but she is really like a large cat. I do cook, I always make too much so roommates are more than welcome, even encouraged to eat any leftovers, or at the time the food is cooked.
