About the room
My home is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. Located on the east side of navarre. I have 2 unfurnished rooms and one room that has a bed and Tv stand with TV in the event a tenant needs a bed.
If there is heavy traffic, you are still located 10 minutes from the beach. Less than 5 minutes from the wal-mart supercenter. 15 minutes from Hurlburt Field.
The home is a split floor plan. Access to all amenities to include living area/backyard, kitchen and laundry. Electric bill split. Water and Internet included. You will have the house to yourself Monday-Thursday.
About the roomies
I recently retired from the army and work in Panama City during the week so Im not home all the time, just weekends. I live with my dog and have a 14 year old son who stays with me sometimes (he is on the autism spectrum.) Iām super laid back and kind of go with the flow for the most part. My dogs name is Reina. You will be living around her sometimes but she is like a really like a large cat.
