Hello! I am looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Petworth. The unit has a fitness center, roof deck, and a dog wash station for any pets! The room has a closet and curtained windows. The apartment is semi-furnished and well maintained. Other pluses are stainless steel appliances, gas range and dishwasher. The building is secured with a key fob and entry pins. There is limited, but free parking, in addition to street parking. Rent is about $1750, including water, sewer, and trash. Electricity and Wifi are split between us. About the area, the E4 bus stop sits right on the corner and it’s a 10-minute walk to the Fort Totten Station. It is just minutes to neighborhood favorites such as Anxo Cidery, Everyday Sundae, and Moreland Tavern and offers easy access to numerous DC area hotspots including Georgia Avenue, Columbia Heights, Chevy Chase, and the new Walter Reed development. The apartment community is kind and welcoming to all.

About me, I am 21 and will be attending law school this fall. I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate with a similar lifestyle! A fellow student or young professional is preferred. I would like a friendly roommate who would not mind exploring D.C. together but also values each other privacy
