There are 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a townhouse. My roommate and I have rooms with private bathrooms, so you will only be sharing your bathroom with one other person!

2/4 of the bedrooms are occupied by me and my roommate. I am an 18 year old female college student and he is a recent graduate in his early 20s. I am very chill, love to talk, cook, go out and also have some alone time. I am usually very busy with both work and school and won’t be home 24/7. We have our lease all set for August 1st and are just looking for another roomie! However, if August 1st is too soon for you, that is very flexible.
