It will benefit u greatly if u read all my details. It is a bit different than the other listings.

I ONLY ACCEPT PEOPLE WHO WORK FULLTIME IN THE DAYTIME. (Not full time work from your bedroom office, though my internet is very dependable and you can do that sometimes)

I HAVE HAD FOUR NURSES WHO WILL RECOMMEND ME. THEY WROTE GREAT REVIEWS FOR ME ON FURNISHED FINDER. I WILL GIVE U THEIR TEXTING NUMBERS.

Otherwise I am opened to other tenants. FOR TRAVEL NURSES THEY SEND A COPY OF THEIR HOSPITAL CONTRACT. THIS AND THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE IS ALL I NEED FOR CREDIT CHECK AND CRIMINAL CHECK.

The room is like a studio apartment.
Upstairs, soundproof, cool in summer. College fridge, microwave. Amazon loaded TV. WIFI. Utilities included. Club room and pool included. Walking trail.

A furnished “living room”is inside your room. A large bathroom is INSIDE your room. A comfy large bed is in an “alcove” type of area in the room. You can work all day, come home and be private with all you need in your room.

ALL OF MY SHORT TERM TENANTS HAVE JUST ENJOYED CRASHING IN THEIR ROOM AFTER WORK. IT IS LIKE A LITTLE APARTMENT.

My home gym is available to you at 6:30 am or MOST evening. The gym accomadates male or female.

I only cook on Tuesdays. You can have use of my large kitchen and dishes. Nice patio. Half the fridge is yours for what does not fit in your small fridge. You have your own pantry in the kitchen and upstairs in your room.

I do all the housework. You are only responsible to clean your own room and clean up after yourself in the kitchen.

No smoking. No drugs. I visit my friends and family outside of my home. NO excessive drinking. We sign off on legal paper on written house rules . All my tenants have been happy with this. FOR ALL MY TENANTS THIS HAS BEEN A COMFORTABLE SHORT TERM STAY THEY HAVE ENJOYED.

I meet my own friends at the coffee house on the river. I travel to see my kids out of town. I prefer no company for u as well and u can meet friends at the coffee house as well.

You can have guests to the club house and pool which is very nice. You have a key for this.

8 minute drive to the Tchefuncte River. The river is lined with shade trees, coffee house, and restaurants. You can always get out and enjoy that. Large grocery store 5 minutes away. Dollar General 3 minutes away. No traffic on this side of highway 22. 1085 Highway is 3 minutes away which leads into back streets to Covington.

I am a 73 year old widow, still active. I work from home now in the mornings in my garage studio with personal training clients. I have been a trainer 28 years. Retired from large athletic club in 2021. . I have lived alone for 23 years and I LIKE that!!! But there is much privacy here for us both. It is as close to your own place as possible.

Our rooms and TVs and my schedule provides a place where we really don’t feel we have a “traditional roommate.”
I am an avid boater all year round. My pontoon is on a slip at Marina Del Rey. I still outside bike sometimes. Weather must be right for me at this age.

I prefer someone who is conservative. I am a good , kind , helpful and fair landlord with references I will give you from traveling nurses. However I need a renter who iworks most weekdays and works in the daytime with a regular job and their own friends! (Parking is a minor irratation if my tenant does not work daytime shift).

It has been hit or miss to capture a travel nurse who is first shift. The four first shift day travel nurses I have had were a perfect situation for each of us in regard to our privacy, our own separate lives, and the parking. All four nurses will give me high reviews as far as a nice and helpful on site landlady. I have their numbers.
